4-9. BRANCHED WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (W10) REPAIR (cont)
4. CONNECTOR P15 OR P17 REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL
a. Remove screw (1) securing connectors
P15 (2) and P17 (3) to capacitor assembly.
b. Disconnect connector as follows:
P15 (2) from A41J2 (4)
P17 (3) from A41J3 (5)
c. Remove connector P15 (2) or P17 (3) from
wires (para 2-5).
INSTALLATION
d. Install applicable replacement connector
P15 (2) or P17 (3) on wires (para 2-5).
e. Connect connector as follows:
P15 (2) to A41J2
P17 (3) to A41J3
f. Remove old corrosion inhibitive sealing and
coating compound from mounting hardware
(para 2-6).
g. Apply corrosion inhibitive sealing and
coating compound to mounting hardware
(para 2-6). Use class 1A application.
h. Install screw (1) to secure connectors P15
(2) and P17 (3) to capacitor assembly.
