4-9. BRANCHED WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (W10) REPAIR (cont)
2. CONNECTOR P11 OR P12 REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL
a. Remove screw (1) securing connectors P11
(2) and P12 (3) to focusing assembly A31
(4).
b. Disconnect connectors as follows:
P11 (2) from A3 1B1J1
P12 (3) from A3 1R1J2
c. Remove applicable connector P11 (2) or
P12 (3) from wires (para 2-5).
INSTALLATION
d. Install applicable replacement connector
P11 (2) or P12 (3) on wires (para 2-5).
e. Connect connectors as follows:
P11 (2) to A3 1B1J1
P12 (3) to A3 1R1J2
f. Remove old corrosion inhibitive sealing and
coating compound from mounting hardware
(para 2-6).
g. Apply corrosion inhibitive sealing and
coating compound to mounting hardware
(para 2-6). Use class 1A application.
h. Secure connectors to focusing assembly
A31 (4) using screw (1).
