INSTALLATION
1. Remove two nuts (Figure 3, Item 3) and two washers (Figure 3, Item 2) on studs on irewall (Figure 3, Item 1).
CAUTION
Use caution to prevent damage to rear sliding window when installing hose covers.
2.
Install lower hose cover (Figure 3, Item 4) over studs on irewall and install two nuts (Figure 3, Item 3) and
two washers (Figure 3, Item 2).
3.
Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 1), lock washer (Figure 1, Item 2), and washer (Figure 1, Item 3) from lower,
passenger side of heater assembly (Figure 1, Item 6).
4.
Align lower holes in upper hose cover with top holes in lower hose cover and loosely install two screws
(Figure 2, Item 2).
5.
Align top hole (Figure 1, Item 4) in upper hose cover (Figure 1, Item 5) with lower bolt hole on passenger
side of heater assembly (Figure 1, Item 6) and install bolt (Figure 1, Item 1), lock washer (Figure 1, Item 2),
and washer (Figure 1, Item 3).
6.
Tighten two screws (Figure 2, Item 2) joining upper and lower hose covers (Figure 2, Item 1 and 3).
