HEATER ASSEMBLY - (CONTINUED)
INSTALLATION
1. Align heater mount brackets (Figure 2, Item 11) over channel (Figure 2, Item 10) and install four bolts
(Figure 2, Item 1), four lock washers (Figure 2, Item 2), and four washers (Figure 2, Item 3) in aft end of
driver and passenger sides of heater assembly (Figure 2, Item 6).
2. Remove protective cap (Figure 1, Item 10) and connect black (outlet) hose (Figure 1, Item 1) of heater
assembly to coupler itting (Figure 1, Item 9) on heater hose mounting bracket assembly.
3. Remove protective cap (Figure 1, Item 10) and connect red (inlet) hose (Figure 1, Item 2) of heater assembly
to coupler itting (Figure 1, Item 5) on heater hose mounting bracket assembly.
4. Install cab fan/dome light power supply wire into heater assembly cable connector (WP 0112).
5. Connect heater assembly cable (Figure 1, Item 3) to heater assembly power supply cable (Figure 1, Item 4).
6. Secure heater assembly cable connector to hoses with one tie-strap.
7. Connect CPS wiring harness at steering plate (WP 0098, INSTALLATION, Step 6).
8. Perform Maintenance Operation Check.
9. Install upper and lower hose covers (WP 0103).
