Air under the ram.

Bleed the system (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Hose assembly leaks.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the defective hose assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Pump assembly screen clogged.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Report the malfunction to Field Maintenance.
