Ram will not rise.
MALFUNCTION
Screen clogged.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Remove and clean the screen (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Intake valve ball defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
Replace intake valve ball (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
2.
Replace (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Discharge valve ball defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
3.
Replace discharge valve ball (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
4.
Replace pump assembly (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly) .
MALFUNCTION
Release valve assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace release valve assembly (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Safety valve assembly set too low or leaks.
