MALFUNCTION
Ram locknut not released.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Release ram locknut (WP 0005 00, Operating Instructions).
MALFUNCTION
Ram distorted.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace cylinder and ram assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Release valve defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace pump assembly (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
