Replace pump O-Ring (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Hose assembly or connections leak under high pressure.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace hose assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Pump assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace pump assembly (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Cylinder and ram assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace cylinder and ram assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).

Jack will not raise capacity height.
MALFUNCTION
Oil level low.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Rell with oil (WP 0009 00, Service Upon Receipt) and check for leaks (WP 0011 00, Preventive
Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS)) .
MALFUNCTION
Closed air vent assembly.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Open air vent assembly (WP 0005 00, Operating Instructions).
MALFUNCTION
Sticking intake valve in pump assembly.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Pump rapidly to dislodge.
