MALFUNCTION
Release valve leaking.

Tighten release valve (WP 0005 00, Operating Instructions).
MALFUNCTION
Hose assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace hose assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Cylinder and ram assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace cylinder and ram assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).

Air under the ram.

Bleed the system (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Ram distorted.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace cylinder and ram assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
