Replace ram O-Ring (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Release valve leaking.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Tighten release valve (WP 0005 00, Operating Instructions).
MALFUNCTION
Hose assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace hose assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Cylinder and ram assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace cylinder and ram assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Pump assembly defective.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace pump assembly (WP 0014 00, Pump Assembly).

Ram locknut not properly positioned.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Reposition ram locknut (WP 0005 00, Operating Instructions).
MALFUNCTION
Air under the ram.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Bleed the system (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
MALFUNCTION
Ram distorted.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace cylinder and ram assembly (WP 0015 00, Cylinder and Ram Assembly).
