SERVICE UPON RECEIPT OF MATERIEL
UNPACKING
1.
Remove the maintenance platform from the shipping crate.
2.
Assemble the upper structure assembly (WP 0013 00) and with a suitable hoist, lift the upper structure onto
the base assembly (WP 0012 00).
3.
Secure the hydraulic cylinder assembly (WP 0012 00) to the hydraulic reservoir with the hydraulic pivot pin.
4.
Install the swivel casters (WP 0025 00) and wheel assembly (WP 0026 00).
5.
Connect the hydraulic lines (WP 0020 00).
CHECKING UNPACKED EQUIPMENT
NOTE
Pay particular attention to any evidence of excessive wear and broken, missing, or bent parts.
Repair or replace excessively worn or unserviceable parts.

Inspect hydraulic lines and ttings for leaks.
Inspect tires for proper ination: if necessary, inate to 40 psi.

Inspect frame structure and welds for breaks.
4.
Inspect for, and tighten, any loose nuts or bolts.
PRELIMINARY CHECKS AND ADJUSTMENTS
1.
Perform the before operator daily services (WP 0005 00).
2.
Lubricate the maintenance platform (WP 0019 00, WP 0023 00, WP 0025 00 and WP 0026 00).
3.
Fill hydraulic reservoir (WP 0019 00) .
4.
Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (WP 0011 00).
