4-29. CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY 2A1 REPAIR (cont)
11. RESISTOR R7, R8, R9, OR R10
REPLACEMENT
NOTE
This procedure is for replacing resistor R10 (6)
and can also be used for replacing resistor R7,
R8, or R9.
REMOVAL
a. Remove HOD assembly (1 above).
b. Remove terminal board assembly TB1 (1)
by removing two modified screws (2),
locknuts (3), flat washers (4), and spacers
(5).
c. Remove resistor R10 (6) by unsoldering
resistor leads from terminal board
assembly TB1 (1) mounting studs.
INSTALLATION
d. Solder assembly TB1 (1) resistor R10 (6) to
terminal board assembly TB1 (1) mounting
studs.
e. Install terminal board assembly TB1 (1) and
secure in housing with two modified screws
(2), spacers (5), flat washers (4), and
locknuts (3).
f. Have installation inspected.
g. Install HOD assembly (1 above).
