REMOVAL
1. Drain radiator (WP 0053).
2. Remove heater hose covers (WP 0103).
3. Disconnect heater assembly cable from heater assembly power supply cable (WP 0104).
4. Loosen hose clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) on black hose (Figure 1, Item 5) at bottom of coupler itting on
passenger side of heater hose mounting bracket (Figure 1, Item 1) and disconnect hose.
5. Loosen hose clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) on red hose (Figure 1, Item 4) at bottom of coupler itting on driver
side of heater hose mounting bracket (Figure 1, Item 2) and disconnect hose.

Remove washer luid reservoir (WP 0102).
7.
Remove seats (WP 0096).
8.
Remove screws in center console deck plate and raise center console deck plate far enough to gain access to
HCV.
