INSPECTION
Inspect cooling system components (radiator, radiator cap, hoses, ittings, clamps, water pump, thermostat, fan,
overlow bottle, temperature switch, temperature sending unit) for mounting security, leaks, corrosion, excessive
dirt buildup or any damage affecting serviceability.
END OF TASK
COOLANT LEVEL CHECK
NOTE
If coolant level is low, service with a 50/50 mixture of ethylene glycol and water.

Open engine cover (WP 0028).
2.
Service overlow bottle to between the low and full marks (Figure 1, Item 1). Do not overill.
3.
Close engine cover (WP 0028).
