CREW PROTECTION SYSTEM (CPS) HEATER CONTROL VALVE (HCV) - (CONTINUED)
4.
Secure HCV (Figure 3, Item 4) to underside of center console deck plate (Figure 3, Item 1) by installing
one bolt (Figure 3, Item 3) through top of center console deck plate and one lock nut (Figure 3, Item 5) on
underside of center console deck plate.
5. Connect HCV power supply cable to HCV receptacle (Figure 2, Item 4).
6. Lower center console deck and install screws.
7. Install washer luid reservoir (WP 0102).
8. Install black hose (Figure 1, Item 5) to bottom of coupler itting on passenger side of heater hose mounting
bracket (Figure 1, Item 1) and secure with hose clamp (Figure 1, Item 3).
9. Install red hose (Figure 1, Item 4) to bottom of coupler itting on driver side of heater hose mounting bracket
(Figure 1, Item 2) and secure with hose clamp (Figure 1, Item 3).
10. Connect heater assembly power supply cable to heater assembly cable (WP 0104).
11. Perform Maintenance Operation Check.
12. Install hose covers (WP 0103).
