Connect wire to engine oil pressure switches (WP 0037).

Connect wire to transmission temperature sending unit (WP 0051).

Plug wire connector to park position motor (WP 0085).

Install lower park position limit switch assembly (WP 0086).

Connect wiring to upper park position limit switch assembly and install guard (WP 0086).

Connect wire connector and ground wire to fuel/water separator (WP 0065).

Connect wiring to fuel tank sending unit (WP 0064).
37.
Connect wiring and ground wire to backup alarm (WP 0119).

Position backup light and stoplight ground wires (Figure 2, Item 2).

Insert bolt, star washer and nut (Figure 2, Item 1).

Connect backup light wiring connector LH & RH (WP 0118).

Connect stoplight wiring connector LH & RH (WP 0117).

Connect front drive shaft to front transmission output yoke lange (WP 0079).

Connect rear drive shaft to rear transmission brake disc (WP 0079).

Position exhaust assembly on the engine and hold in position.

Connect mufler (Figure 1, Item 5) to engine mounting bracket with 4 bolts, washers and nuts (Figure 1, Item
4) (one not shown). Do not tighten.

Connect turbo charger lange (Figure 1, Item 2) with 4 bolts and lockwashers (Figure 1, Item 1) (one not
shown).

Tighten mufler bolts, washers and nuts (Figure 1, Item 4).

Tighten exhaust pipe hanger clamp (Figure 1, Item 5).

Install engine cover supports, rear and (LH/RH) (WP 0028).

Install engine wiring harness clamp (Figure 4, Item 1) to secure wiring harness onto bell housing, top hole
on left.

Install left rear wiring harness clamp (Figure 5, Item 2), secure with left rear engine mount bolt, washers
and nut (Figure 5, Item 1) torque nuts to 78 ft. lbs..

Install right rear fuel line harness clamp (Figure 5, Item 3), secure with right rear engine mount bolt, washers
and nut (Figure 5, Item 1) torque nuts to 78 ft. lbs..
NOTE
Remove all tags and labels from wiring connectors and terminals. Secure all wiring with wire
ties as previously noted.

Remove all chocks from wheels.

Perform Maintenance Operation Check.
