NOTE
Ensure ring bolts are stowed in passenger side rear storage compartment after removal.
6.
Disconnect lifting sling and remove four ring bolts (Figure 1, Item 1) installed on outside of CPS cab
(Figure 1, Item 2).
7.
Install two cap screws (Figure 2, Item 3) and two lock nuts (Figure 2, Item 2) on rear of cab, driver side
(Figure 2, Item 1) and tighten securely.
8.
Install one cap screw (Figure 2, Item 5) and one acorn nut (Figure 2, Item 4) on front of CPS cab, driver
side and tighten securely.
9.
Install two cap screws (Figure 3, Item 1) and two lock nuts (Figure 3, Item 2) on rear of CPS cab, passenger
side and tighten securely.
10.
Install one cap screw (Figure 3, Item 5) and one acorn nut (Figure 3, Item 6) on front of CPS cab, passenger
side and tighten securely.
11.
Connect both heater hoses to ittings on heater hose mounting bracket assembly and connect heater
assembly power supply cable (WP 0104, INSTALLATION, Step 2, WP 0104, INSTALLATION, Step 3,
WP 0104, INSTALLATION, Step 5, and WP 0104, INSTALLATION, Step 6).
12.
Install upper and lower hose cover (WP 0103).
13.
Connect CPS wiring harness and washer reservoir tubing hose assembly to steering plate
(WP 0098, INSTALLATION, Steps 67).
14.
Install doors (WP 0023).
15.
Connect battery (WP 0111).
