Door Support Posts
NOTE
Both driver and passenger side installation procedures are the same.
Ensure one brass washer (Figure 3, Item 2) is installed on each upper and lower door
support posts (Figure 3, Item 3 and 5) of door supports (Figure 3, Item 4 and 6).
If excessive gap exists between door and cab supports after door is installed on brass
washer, remove door and install additional brass washers as needed.
1.
Install door (Figure 2, Item 2) onto door supports (Figure 2, Item 4) and ensure door supports are seated on
brass washer(s).
2.
Remove hardware (Figure 1, Item 1, 2, and 4) attached to end link of chain (Figure 1, Item 5) and door catch
assembly (Figure 1, Item 3) and retain for installation.
3.
Install end link of chain (Figure 1, Item 5) on top forward corner of door using one bolt (Figure 1, Item 1),
one washer (Figure 1, Item 2) and one lock nut (Figure 1, Item 4).
4.
Close door and ensure door latch works properly. Adjust as necessary per WP 0025.
