Inspect driver-side wiper arm for damage and proper installation (WP 0099).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Wiper arm serviceable and installed properly?
DECISION
YES Proceed to Step 2.
NO Replace wiper arm (WP 0099).

Open CPS Dash (WP 0098), and inspect wiper link.
CONDITION/INDICATION
Is link broken or disconnected?
DECISION
YES Repair/replace as needed (WP 0100).
NO No further action required.
