CONDITION/INDICATION
Is front axle oil level satisfactory?
DECISION
YES Proceed to Step 2.
NO Service the front axle (WP 0076).
BRANCH 2.

Inspect front drive shaft universal joints for proper lubrication (WP 0019).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Are front axle universal joints properly lubricated?
DECISION
YES Proceed to Step 3.
NO Perform u-joint lubrication (WP 0019).
BRANCH 3.
3.
Inspect front drive shaft universal joints for excessive wear or damage (WP 0079).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Are front axle universal joints loose or damaged?
DECISION
YES Replace worn or damaged universal joints (WP 0079).
NO Proceed to Step 4.
BRANCH 4.
4.
Check front axle mounting bolts for security and or damage (WP 0075).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Are front axle mount bolts secure and not damaged?
DECISION
YES Proceed to Step 5.
NO Secure or replace damaged front axle mount bolts (WP 0075).
BRANCH 5.
5.
Inspect front axle leaf springs for loose, broken, or damaged springs (WP 0094).

Are front axle springs loose, broken or damaged?
