Lock pins installed.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Remove lock pins (WP 0005 00, Figure 1, Item 1).
PLATFORM RAISES OR LOWERS IRREGULARLY
SYMPTOM
Platform raises or lowers irregularly
MALFUNCTION
Foreign matter binding channels in scissors assembly.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean channels and grease properly.
PLATFORM WILL NOT RAISE OR MAINTAIN DESIRED HEIGHT
SYMPTOM
Platform Will Not Raise Or Maintain Desired Height
MALFUNCTION
Low fluid level in pump. Hose or cylinder leaking excessively.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Fill pump reservoir if required. Replace pump assembly (WP 0009 00, Figure 1, Item 8), hose
(WP 0009 00, Figure 1, Item 7), or cylinder (WP 0009 00, Figure 1, Item 15) as required.
