LUBRICATION
CARE OF LUBRICANTS
Replace covers on lubricant containers after use and store in a clean, dry place. Keep all containers used for han-
dling oil and luid clean and ready for use.
CLEANING
WARNING
Item Degreasing Solvent, MIL-PRF-680 is combustible and toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory
tract. Wear protective gloves and goggles/face shield. Avoid repeated or prolonged contact.
Use only in well-ventilated areas (or use approved respirator as determined by local safety/in-
dustrial hygiene personnel). Keep away from open lames or other sources of ignition.
Clean all lubrication ittings or points of application with a cloth dampened in Degreasing Solvent, MIL-PRF-6800)
before applying lubricant.

POINTS OF APPLICATION
1.
Clean extension screw (WP 0004 00, Figure 1, Item 15) and ram (WP 0004 00, Figure 1, Item 17) thoroughly
and apply lubricating oil as directed in the lubrication chart (Table 1).
