ITEM NO. Column
The number used to identify sequence of checks and services. This column shall be used as a source of item num-
bers for the TM Number Column on DA Form 2404, Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet, when
recording results of PMCS.
INTERVAL Column
Indicates the time interval upon which the checks and services must be performed. Intervals are divided as fol-
lows:

Indicates items and components to be inspected
PROCEDURES Column
Indicates the procedure by which the check or service is to be performed. Tolerances, adjustment limits, and in-
strument readings are included as applicable. When replacement or repair of a component is required, the pro-
