Position the pump handle socket (Figure 1, Item 24) to the pump body and secure with the spring (Figure 1,
Item 27), two connecting links (Figure 1, Item 23), two pins (Figure 1, Item 22) and cotter pin (Figure 1, Item
28).
7.
Install the pivot pin (Figure 1, Item 38) that secures the pump handle socket to the pump.
TEST AND INSPECTION
1.
Inspect all threaded surfaces for worn or damaged threads.
2.
Inspect the springs for fatigue or damage. Inspect the O-rings for wear and deterioration. Inspect the piston
and cylinder for scores and scratches. Polish out any minor scores or scratches.
INSTALLATION
1.
Position the pump to the bracket and secure with two bolts (Figure 1, Item 37), lockwashers (Figure 1, Item
32) and nuts (Figure 1, Item 31).
2.
Connect the by-pass tube assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) to the tee (Figure 1, Item 2).
3.
Connect the suction tube assembly (Figure 1, Item 4) to the reducer (Figure 1, Item 3).
4.
Connect the hose assembly (Figure 1, Item 5) to the tee (Figure 1, Item 2).
