assembly and secure using two screws (2)
with flat washers (3) and screw (1).

3. LIGHT SHIELD REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL
a. Remove light shield (1) by removing three
screws (2) and flat washers (3).
INSTALLATION
b. Remove old corrosion inhibitive sealing and
coating compound from mounting hardware
(para 2-6).
c. Apply corrosion inhibitive sealing and
coating compound to mounting hardware
(para 2-6). Use class 1A application.
d. Install light shield (1) and secure using
three screws (2) and flat washers (3).
e. Inspect light shield installation for
completeness and physical integrity.
