NOTE
Items removed from defective turret assembly,
will be installed on replacement turret
assembly.
c. Remove PNVS turret assembly (76) (TM 1-
5855-265-20).
d. Remove PNVS azimuth drive gimbal
assembly (77) from defective turret
assembly and install it on replacement
turret assembly (TM 1-5855-265-30).
e. Install optics cover (removed in 12b) on
defective turret assembly.
f. Install top access cover (removed in 12a) in
PNVS mounting bore on defective turret
assembly.
g. Install PNVS turret assembly on
replacement turret assembly (TM 1-5855-
265-20).
h. Remove night sensor shroud assembly (78)
from defective turret assembly (TM 1-1270-
476-20) and place on clean surface.
i.
Remove night sensor assembly (79) from
defective turret assembly and install it on
replacement turret assembly (TM 1-1270-
476-20).
j.
Install night sensor shroud assembly (78)
on replacement turret assembly (TM 1-
1270-476-20).
