HEAVY LOAD
• Danger: Heavy load suspended above work
area.
• Don’t: Walk, stand, or work under objects
suspended by the crane.
• Don’t use universal sling assemblies with an
expired load test safety tag.
• Slippage of suspended objects can cause
serious injury or death.
6. Mount defective turret assembly on dolly truck
assembly (48).
a. Operate lifting device and lower defective
turret assembly, position dolly truck (48) so
that mounting surface of dolly truck (48) is
within 2 inches of mounting surface of
defective turret assembly. Set brakes on
dolly truck wheels.
b. Operate lifting device and aline alinement
pins on defective turret assembly with pin
holes in dolly truck assembly (48). Push
defective turret assembly toward dolly truck
assembly until alinement pins are seated.
c. Install four bolts (49) and washers (50) (part
of dolly truck assembly) to hold the
defective turret assembly to dolly truck
assembly (48).
d. Tighten bolts (49).
e. Remove universal sling assembly (51).
