4-2. TADS TURRET ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (cont)
q. Loosen four captive screws (21) securing
ORT assembly to AIA (22).
CAUTION
Use extreme care when pulling ORT out of
position to ensure that cables on either side of
the ORT do not get damaged by the left and
right instrument panels.
r. Grasp handle (23) to help support ORT and
have assistant move ORT straight back
until handle (23) clears AIA (22).
s. Support ORT in CPG station with suitable
material while turret assembly replacement
is being performed.
2. Disconnect seven electrical connectors from
turret assembly.
