Remove self-locking nut (Figure 3, Item 5), flat washer (Figure 3, Item 6), shoulder screw (Figure 3, Item 7)
and two upper washers (Figure 3, Item 9) from each front leg (Figure 3, Item 8).
5.
Lift platform (Figure 3, Item 10) from front legs (Figure 3, Item 8) and rear legs (Figure 3, Item 4).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
Repair platform by welding and painting. Replace defective hardware as required.
INSTALLATION
1.
Lift platform (Figure 3, Item 10) and align holes with front legs (Figure 3, Item 8).
2.
Insert shoulder screws (Figure 3, Item 7) through platform (Figure 3, Item 10), two upper washers (Figure 3,
Item 9) and each front leg (Figure 3, Item 8).
3.
Install flat washer (Figure 3, Item 6) and self-locking nut (Figure 3, Item 5). Do not tighten nuts at this time.
4.
Raise rear of platform (Figure 3, Item 10) and insert adapter (Figure 3, Item 11) in platform at rear leg mount-
ing holes.
5.
Align holes with rear legs (Figure 3, Item 4).
6.
Insert shoulder screws (Figure 3, Item 3) through each rear leg (Figure 3, Item 4), adapter (Figure 3, Item 11)
and platform (Figure 3, Item 10).
7.
Install flat washer (Figure 3, Item 2) and self-locking nut (Figure 3, Item 5).
8.
Tighten self-locking nuts (Figure 3, Item 5).
