WARNING
Never use the platform in a raised position without the hydraulic cylinder lock installed.
Operate the pump handle (WP 0004 00, Figure 1, Item 7) until the platform attains the desired height,

then install the hydraulic cylinder lock (WP 0012 00, Figure 1, Item 20) on the hydraulic cylinder barrel
(WP 0012 00, Figure 1, Item 24).
WARNING
Use handrails when ascending or descending the steps.
Lowering
1.
Remove the hydraulic cylinder lock (WP 0012 00, Figure 1, Item 20) from the hydraulic cylinder barrel
(WP 0012 00, Figure 1, Item 24).
2.
Open the by-pass valve (WP 0004 00, Figure 1, Item 6) by turning the valve handle in a counterclockwise
direction.
3.
Release immobilizing jacks (WP 0012 00, Figure 1, Item 13) to maneuver platform.
