1. RUBBER PAD REPLACEMENT
NOTE
This procedure is for replacing any of the
rubber pads on the night sensor holding fixture
assembly.
REMOVAL
a. Remove the clamping arm (1) by removing
two thumblocks (2), bearing washer (3),
and spacer washer (4).
b. Remove damaged rubber pad (5) by cutting
and scraping with a knife.
INSTALLATION
c. Remove old silicone rubber adhesive (para
2-6).
d. Apply silicone rubber adhesive to clamping
arm (1) or support plate (6) and to new pad
(para 2-6).
