2. CONNECTOR J1, J2, OR J3 REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL
NOTE
• This procedure is for replacing connector J1
and can also be used for replacing
connectors J2 or J3.
• Cap and retaining ring apply to connector J1
only.
a. Remove LEU harness assembly W1 (1
above).
b. Remove filters (1) (table 1 and step 8
below).

c. Remove cap (2).
d. Remove safety wire (3), if applicable.
e. Remove nut (4) and retaining ring (5)
securing connector J1 (6) to filter bank (7).
f. Remove connector J1 (6) from wiring
harness (para 2-5).
INSTALLATION
g. Remove old sealing, locking, and retaining
compound from hardware (para 2-5).
