NOTE
A heat source of approximately 200°F is best
to make cable soft and bend easily. Holding
heat gun approximately 5 inches away from
the point you want to heat will usually apply
about 200°F.
q. Install front panel (3) using two mounting
brackets (5), six washers (4), and screws
(2).
r. Apply corrosion inhibitive sealing and
coating compound to mounting brackets (5)
and hardware (para 2-6). Use class 2
application.
s. Install safety wire (1) on upper right screw
(2).
t. Install power supply assembly A14 (3
above).
u. Install cover (1 above).

6. FILTER FL1 OR FL2 REPLACEMENT
NOTE
This procedure is for replacing filter FL1 and
can also be used replace filter FL2.
REMOVAL
a. Remove cover (1 above).
b. Remove power supply assembly A14 (3
above).
c. Cut safety wire (1) on upper right screw (2).
CAUTION
Do not try to bend flexible printed cable unless
heated. Do not overheat. Too much heat will
damage printed cable.

d. Move front panel (3) aside by removing six
screws (2), washers (4), and two mounting
brackets (5).
