7. CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY (CCA) A13 OR
A14 REPLACEMENT
CAUTION
These CCAs contains electrostatic discharge
sensitive (ESDS) devices. Refer to paragraph
2-8 for handling requirements before starting
this task, to prevent damage to the devices.
REMOVAL
a. Remove top assembly cover (2 above).
b. Loosen captive screw (1).
NOTE
If replacing CCA A14 (4), go to step d.
c. Remove CCA A13 (2). Go to step f.
d. Disconnect connector P4 (3).
e. Remove CCA A14 (4).
INSTALLATION
f. Install CCA A13 (2) or CCA A14 (4).
g. Tighten captive screw (1).
NOTE
If you replaced CCA A13 (2), go to step i.
h. Connect connector P4 (3).
i. Install top assembly cover (2 above).
