4-31. HOD HARNESS ASSEMBLY REPAIR (cont)
3. CONNECTOR A1J1 OR A2J1
REPLACEMENT
NOTE
This procedure can be used to replace
connector A1J1 or connector A2J1.
REMOVAL
a. Remove HOD wiring harness assembly (1
above).
b. Remove faulty connector (para 2-5).
INSTALLATION
c. Install replacement connector (para 2-5).
d. Install HOD wiring harness assembly (1
above).
e. Perform followup.
END OF TASK
4. CONNECTOR J3 OR J4 REPLACEMENT
NOTE
This procedure can be used to replace
connector J3 or connector J4.
REMOVAL
a. Remove HOD wiring harness assembly (1
above).
b. Remove mounting bracket (1) from
connector by removing two nuts (2),
lockwashers (3), washers (4), and screws
(5).
