INSTALLATION
d. Obtain replacement connector A2P1 and
prepare to assemble the following
component parts:
Bend relief cap
(5)
Pin protector
(6)
Coupling nut
(7)
Ferrule
(8)
Jerk ring
(9)
Pin contact
(10)
Insulator
(11)
e. Slide bend relief cap (5), pin protector (6),
coupling nut (7), and ferrule (8) over cable
(12).
CAUTION
Use care when stripping cable. Damage to
shield could occur.
f. Strip cable to dimension shown.
g. Place jerk ring (9) (slotted end first) over the
shield. Ensure slotted end butts against the
end of the jacket.
