2. Assembly Stand Installation.

Place assembly stand (l), Part Number 42277-
808 or equivalent, on a flat surface. Block
casters (2) to prevent stand movement during
hoist installation.
Enlist the help of an assistant when
installing hoist to prevent injury to
personnel or damage to hoist
components.
Hoist is heavy and
awkward.
Position hoist (3) into assembly stand (l), en-
suring alignment of quick disconnect adapters
(4) to stand reception holes.
Adjust height adjuster (5) and reaction arm
(6) as required to secure hoist
