Ohms check engine coolant temperature sending unit for continuity (WP 0061).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Does sending unit have continuity?
DECISION
YES Replace coolant temp gauge (WP 0120)..
NO Proceed to Step 2.
BRANCH 2.

Inspect circuit wiring (FO-1).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Is wiring faulty?
DECISION
YES Proceed to Step 3
NO Replace coolant temp sending unit (WP 0061).
MALFUNCTION - BRANCH 3.
MALFUNCTION - Circuit wiring is faulty.
ACTION
3. Repair faulty circuit wiring (FO-1).
