NOTE
1.
Wash hands, face, and arms with soap and water before and after breaks and at end of
shift.

Dispose of coveralls after each shift.
3.
Dispose of gloves after each use.
4.
Cleanup residual adhesive from work area, tools and PPE. Vacuum dust and debris frequently
and at the end of each shift.
