4-5. NIGHT SENSOR ASSEMBLY (NSA) REPAIR (cont)
CAUTION
Optics scanner assembly must be supported
when screws are removed to prevent
damaging wires and flexible harnesses.
NOTE
Two people are required to perform steps (2)
thru (5) below.
(2) Support optics scanner assembly (1)
and remove four screws (5) and
washers (6).
(3) Disconnect connector W10P11 (7) by
loosening two screwIocks (8).
CAUTION
Be very careful not to stretch, nick, or crease
flexible harness when disconnecting
connectors.
(4) Disconnect connectors A23P1 (9) and
A23P2 (10) by loosening four
screwlocks (11).
(5) Remove optics scanner assembly (1)
and place in a safe place.
