4-5. NIGHT SENSOR ASSEMBLY (NSA) REPAIR (cont)
ad. Feed flexible harness connectors through
hole in lower part of cooler/Dewar cavity.
(1) Carefully feed connectors P1 and P4
(short leg of harness) down and
through the hole.
(2) Carefully feed connectors P2 and P3
down and through the hole.
ae. Remove teflon tape from flexible harness.
af. Loosely install six socket head capscrews
(35) and washers (36). Tighten these
screws after alining the motherboard (37).
NOTE
When partly installing a CCA in step ag, slide
the CCA along the card guide until CCA
connector is ready to mate with corresponding
motherboard connector.
ag. Partly install CCA A3 (51) and CCA A8
(52).
ah. Aline motherboard and CCAs as
necessary as connectors are mated.
ai. Tighten the six screws (40) loosely
installed in step af.
