Install cover (31 ) and ring (29) and secure
using screws (30).
Install plug (26) into stanchion tube (10).
Install stud ring (21) onto stanchion tube
(10) and secure using bolts (22), washers (23)
and nuts (24).
Attach reaction arm assembly (27) to
stanchion tube (10) and secure using pin (28).
Install spring (18) and tetainer-hook (19)
onto stanchion tube (10) and secure using
screws (20).
Install nut-anchor (15) and ring (16) and
secure using rivets (17).
Install support assembly (12) and hook (13)
and secure using screws (14).
Install grommet (11 ) into cover plate (9). In-
stall cover plate onto stanchion tube (10).
