ENGINE STARTER FAILS TO DISENGAGE
BRANCH 1.

Disconnect batteries and ohms test engine ignition switch SW1 (WP 0120) for continuity (FO-1, Line 9).
CONDITION/INDICATION
Switch continuity test good?
DECISION
YES Proceed to Step 2.
NO Remove and Replace SW1 (WP 0120).
BRANCH 2.

CONDITION/INDICATION
Contacts shorted?.
DECISION
YES Replace starter relay (WP 0123).
NO Proceed to Step 3.
MALFUNCTION - BRANCH 3.
MALFUNCTION - Ohms starter relay contact are not in shorted.
ACTION
3. Remove and Replace starter (WP 0034).
END OF TEST
