The threads above nuts (Figure 1, Item 1, 2 and 31) are staked to prevent accidental removal. To remove
nuts, clear the staked portion of the thread and unscrew.
4.
Unscrew tripod head (Figure 1, Item 4) from cylinder assembly (Figure 1, Item 25).
5.
Lift out entire assembly of plungers and ram.
6.
Separate outer plungers (Figure 1, Item 6), inner plunger (Figure 1, Item 11), and ram (Figure 1, Item 17).
7.
Remove the felts, backup rings and packing from plungers, and rams.
