(3) Units will include with the submitted film a point of contact with E--mail, phone/fax number,
and return address in order to receive a timely report of the results, and the name of the organization/company
performing radiographic inspections.
c. X--ray film from subsequent re--inspections (every 75 hours), unless performed by an approved AM-
COM source, shall be submitted to AMCOM for review NLT 10 days after re--inspections are completed. The
status symbol of the aircraft shall not change during the subsequent review process. Units will receive sepa-
rate notification of the results of the review with further instructions as required.
