NOTE
IAW AR 95--1, paragraph 6--6a, MACOM commanders may authorize tem-
porary exception from SOF message requirements. Exception may only oc-
cur when combat operations or matter of life or death in civil disasters or
other emergencies are so urgent that they override the consequences of
continued aircraft operation.
a. Aircraft in Use. Upon receipt of subject message/Technical Bulletin (TB), the condition status sym-
bol of the cited aircraft will be changed to a Red Horizontal Dash //--// The Red Horizontal Dash //--// entry
shall state "Inspect Aircraft X--ray Inspection Records for Submittal of X--ray Films to AMCOM Prior to Next
Flight, but NLT 3 April 2000 IAW UH--1--00--07 (TB 1--1520--210--20--47)." The Red Horizontal Dash //--//
may be cleared when both the inspection IAW paragraph 8 and correction IAW paragraph 9 are completed.
The affected aircraft X--ray films shall be inspected prior to next flight, but NLT 3 April 2000. Failure to comply
with the requirements of subject message/TB within the time frame specified will cause the status symbol
of the affected aircraft to be upgraded to a Red X.
b. Aircraft in Depot Maintenance. Same as paragraph 1.a.
c. Aircraft Undergoing Maintenance. Same as paragraph 1.a.
d. Aircraft in Transit. Same as paragraph 1.a.
e. Maintenance Trainers (Category A and B). N/A.
