EQUIPMENT CHARACTERISTICS, CAPABILITIES, AND FEATURES
The tripod hydraulic jack consists of a pump assembly (Figure 1, Item 13), a cylinder and ram assembly (Figure 1,
Item 5) and the supporting tripod assembly. The foot assemblies (Figure 1, Item 12) are tted with spring loaded
casters. When under load, the casters are depressed and the jack rests rmly on three feet. The purpose of the
jack is to provide up to 5 tons of lifting effort through a range of 23 9/16 inches collapsed to approximately 75
9/16 inches fully extended.
